Proud Dad Moment! My youngest son, Causey, amazed us all with an inspiring speech at our 2024 Convocation this August, speaking to a crowd of 1,400 staff members. At just a 6th grader, he shared heartfelt encouragement, letting our dedicated staff know just how much they are needed. His words were so moving that he received a standing ovation from the entire room. In the first picture, I’m standing proudly by Causey, sharing in his big moment, and in the second, we’re joined by Arkansas Senator Mark Johnson, who was also there to celebrate this special day. Moments like these remind me how special it is to see our kids stepping up and making a difference!
